Program Overview
Build Momentum — With Structure, Support, and Expert Coaching
The APIM Coaching Incubator is a focused 12-week experience designed for healthcare professionals who are ready to move forward.
You have meaningful ideas you want to explore and pursue. What is often missing is not motivation or expertise. It is consistent structure, strategic guidance, and a community working toward progress together.
This program provides that opportunity.
Over the course of the summer, you will work closely with Siri Chand Khalsa, MD and Marina Capella, MD in a format designed to generate real momentum.
Participants meet twice weekly in small-group coaching sessions and receive two private 1:1 coaching sessions during the program. The group environment allows you to learn from peers, exchange ideas, and build momentum together, while individual sessions provide space for focused strategic guidance on your specific goals.
You will leave with clarity, tangible progress on your goals, and a reinvigorated sense of possibility about what comes next.
