The APIM Fellowship in Pediatric Integrative Medicine is fully recognized by the Academic Consortium of Integrative Medicine & Health and confers board eligibility for the national board exam through the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM).
The APIM Fellowship approaches integrative medicine with a focus on prevention, pediatric integrative medicine, pediatric and adult lifestyle medicine, and thriving through adulthood. Taught by nationally and internationally recognized experts in both pediatric and adult integrative medicine, this Fellowship prepares the learner for success in both academic and community-based practice.

The Curriculum
The curriculum is a culmination of rigorous, evidence-based foundational courses and covers a wide range of subjects, including nutrition, sleep, environmental medicine, physical activity, pediatric mental health, obesity, dietary supplements, complementary therapies in pediatrics, clinical applications, clinician well-being, and more.
The Fellowship builds on this foundation with Master Classes taught by national and international faculty experts, Clinical Integration sessions, case studies, national board preparation, and individual faculty mentoring—all with a strong emphasis on skill-building and clinical application.
The program provides the unique and valuable opportunity to directly learn from leading experts in the field, while staying updated on the latest research trends.

Yes, all online course work provides AMA PRA Category-1 CME through the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Â

Courses are led by a distinguished team of educators, including Dr. Hilary McClafferty, APIM Founder/CEO, and a diverse group of nationally and internationally recognized pediatric expert faculty.
The program is designed with the working healthcare professional in mind. On average, you’ll need to dedicate 10-15 hours per week. All courses and live-class meetings are recorded for those who cannot attend live on Zoom. We also observe a Spring break and Summer break in line with typical school schedules.Â
Yes, you will have ongoing access to the courses, Master Classes, and additional resources after graduating from the program.Â
The APIM Fellowship tuition is $26,899.
Once accepted, a $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your seat which is applied toward your tuition.
A tuition adjustment is provided for payment in full. Installment plans are available for individuals.
No, the program is delivered entirely online, eliminating the need for travel. While we may consider in-person conferences in the future, these would be separate from the core coursework. Your learning experience will encompass online courses, live (on Zoom) Master Classes with expert faculty, live (on Zoom) Clinical Integration sessions, case-presentations and review, research opportunities, and faculty mentoring.
