What Programs
Do We Offer?

APIM offers two training programs designed to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based education in all aspects of pediatric integrative medicine.

Whether you’re looking to earn a certificate of specialization in pediatric integrative medicine through our 10-month Academy Scholars Program or become board-eligible for the national American Board of Integrative Medicine exam (ABOIM) through our 12-month Fellowship Training, our programs offer CME-rich coursework, Master Classes taught by National and International faculty experts, and the opportunity to join a vibrant community of like-minded colleagues.

Both programs are offered fully online with no travel requirements.

Academy Scholars Program


The Academy Scholars program is a 10-month certificate program in pediatric integrative medicine, providing graduates with the knowledge and tools for direct skill application.

Program Highlights: 

  • In-depth, CME-rich courses

  • Live (on Zoom) Master Classes with National and International pediatric experts

  • Case-based Clinical Integration sessions

  • Final Capstone project 

  • Focus on skill-building and application

  • A listing in our Graduate Directory, and the opportunity to network and join a vibrant community of like-minded colleagues

  • No travel required

Eligibility: MD, DO, PharmD, Licensed APRN

*All applicants undergo credential and CV review by admissions committee. 

*Graduates of the Scholars program can immediately apply the content learned, but will not be eligible for the national American Board of Integrative Medicine exam.

APIM Fellowship Training


The Fellowship is a 12-month training in pediatric integrative and integrative medicine, making graduates eligible for the national American Board of Integrative Medicine exam (ABOIM).

Program Highlights: 

  • In-depth, CME-rich courses

  • Case-based Clinical Integration sessions

  • Case presentations and review

  • Opportunity for research and writing projects

  • Individual faculty mentoring

  • Focused board preparation

  • Emphasis on skill-building and clinical application 

  • A listing in our Graduate Directory, and the opportunity to network and join a vibrant community of like-minded colleagues

  • No travel required

Eligibility: Board certified MD, DO in active clinical practice

*All applicants undergo license, credential, and CV review by admissions committee.
